This 1959 community hospital closed in 1998 and now operates as the Old South Pittsburg Hospital Paranormal Research Center, with much of its equipment left in place for atmosphere. Access is entirely legal via paid ghost hunts, public investigations, and overnight stays that continue to run regularly through 2025-26. The building is privately maintained and structurally sound; the main risks are dark corridors and your own imagination.
